About Us: - Remote company with 20+ staff in the US, Mexico, Philippines and India - You'll be working with a senior Philippines-based customer support staff - The company is in the tourism industry - Our products are web-based, iOS and Android apps Job description - 1 year minimum experience with customer support - Interest and patience in assisting customers in solving problems - Provide phone support - Provide chat & email support - Assist with data entry - Assist with QA test - Monitor app store reviews - Phone call skills for community outreach to local businesses for partnerships - Knowledge or interest in the travel and tourism industry - No double dipping. While working for us, you cannot for another client. - You'll be working with a customer support manager, who will provide training for your success - People person. Love to work with a supportive team. Full-time work hours: Monday to Thursday: 8 am to 3 pm HST.
