We are looking for a skilled Odoo Developer to join our team and help us customize, maintain, and scale Odoo solutions for our business and clients. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person who enjoys solving problems and building reliable ERP solutions. 🔧 Responsibilities Customize and develop Odoo modules Develop and maintain Odoo backend features Create and customize reports, workflows, and business logic Integrate Odoo with third-party systems (APIs, payment gateways, etc.) Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing Odoo implementations Collaborate with our team to gather requirements and propose solutions Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability ✅ Requirements Proven experience as an Odoo Developer Strong knowledge of Python Experience with Odoo framework, ORM, and module development Experience with XML + JavaScript Understanding of business processes (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.) Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Good communication skills in English or Spanish (we are a bilingual team!) 💼 Project Details Type: Ongoing / Long-term Hours: 75% to Full Time Depending on Candidate Location: Remote Start: Immediate We’re excited to work with someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and delivers high-quality Odoo solutions.
